To keep costs low, we complete the production in-house, assemble the components, polish and set Gem Stones. This ensure in house Quality Testing.

Returns – Since this is body jewellery I am ever so sorry to say I cannot accept returns. Nonetheless please always contact me and let me know the problem with your order. I will do what I can to reduce the costs if it is a size or colour issue

Quality / Size Issues – In the unlikely event there is a problem with Quality, I will be more than happy to replace it FREE of Charge. If the size is wrong (you may not always be sure about the size of piercings in particular) no problems, simply return the one you have received and email me the size you want.
